Do my Member Rewards expire?

As long as you continue to make qualifying purchases on a regular basis, your Member Rewards won’t expire. However, your rewards will expire if you don’t make any qualifying purchases for a consecutive period of one year from the date of your last qualifying purchase. 

In the event that you wish to maintain your account without making a Qualifying Purchase, you can extend its expiration date 12 months by sending an email to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line “Please Maintain My Membership Account.”
