Take My coupon code off of your website

When a customer requests for a coupon code to be removed. DO IT. I followed your procedures for doing so weeks ago and I have received no response or acknowledgement of my request.

        I was going over the "process" for removing an inactive code. The code currently posted for my place of employment is 4 years old. We do not honor this code 4 years later. This causes a lot of problems for the business and the consumer. There should be a way for individuals to let you know the code does not work and you remove it. Simple as that. If the owner of the company wants to remove the code and requests you do so, do it. There is absolutely no reason to keep expired coupons posted. There is no benefit to the consumer and thus, your website is a misrepresentation of what it is meant to do.
