As a non-US resident, can I still earn cashback?

While anyone can still use the CouponFollow site and the Cently extension to save money with coupons and automatic coupon application*, at this time a US PayPal account is required to complete account pairing in order to get paid out.. 

*Cently supports UK, Canada, and various large global e-commerce websites for automated coupon features.
