How do I give feedback or make suggestions?

We love to hear from our users about what they like and what we can do better, so please don't hesitate to share your feedback through the following methods.

General Support Form

Access the CouponFollow support form by clicking the help bubble at the bottom of your screen to "Get in touch" by Email, and select a support reason to send us feedback.

Cashback Inquiry

If you have a CouponFollow Membership account and would like to inquire about a Cashback transaction, please follow this process.

Cently Users

1. Click the Cently icon on the Chrome Toolbar

2. Click the Avatar icon at the bottom right hand side of the popup and then the Settings tab at the top right

3. Scroll down and click “Send Feedback”

4. In the window that pops up select "I have general feedback" to give feedback or “I would like to suggest a feature” to make a suggestion for a feature you'd like to see added to Cently.

5. Enter the details in the box

6. Hit "Send Feedback"
